not to sound like an a**hole but who in their right mind would use a Benz car to tow anything, if you want a Benz and use it to tow to then you should have got one of the SUVs not one of the cars

Try the the dealership where you bought it. If anyone else touches the wiring your warranty goes bye-bye.
