		<description>That is a real tough thing to answer and not see the damage - unfortunately German cars are expensive to fix...Parts prices are pretty standard - you didnt mention what kind of mercedes and there are so many there is no way for anyone to give you a realistic and honest answer, without knowing year and model also.  They could vary in price anywhere from $500 to $1200 or more - it just depends.  
As for the hood damage that is very costly.  It will involve repairing and painting the hood, and may also involve painting the fender if its real close to (within a foot of the fender is a good ballpark) - They would have to do what is called &quot;Blend&quot; into the fender to make sure there is no color difference between the two panels.
