Can a salvage title car with a good carfax history be good?

I don’t like salvage cars it could have been under salt water. Or it could have put back together. You will have problems and it will cost to fix that type of car. If it costs $200 buy it but be ready for some issues.

its still a salvage car…carfax only knows what it gets from ins co’s…if some guy just took wrecked car and rebuilt it carfax has no way to know…everything that goes with a salvage applies…like low resale value,,,if you have accident insurance co may not pay claiming it was a unsafe car to start with…,,could have alignment problems that dont show up on a 5 min drive… may be lots of body work,,paint falling off or bondo cracking quickly…buyer beware
